Annual Reports

Annual reports are available from 1890 to the present. The three distinct epochs in this interval are described at the bottom of this page. (Note: PDFs for 1906-60 are available here.)

Annual Meeting reports were published as part of the annual Transactions of the Society. The relevant pages from these volumes have been excerpted and packaged here in PDF.

1906-1960

Annual Reports were published as part of the Society's Journal and as such they have been digitized by ADS and are linked to from here.

1961-Present

Starting in 1961, the Annual Report was published separately from the Society's Journal.

Starting in 2004, the Annual Report was produced as two documents (or three, if there was a Proxy Form):

  1. Essential: included the Annual Meeting agenda, President's, National Secretary's, Treasurer's, Auditor's reports, financial statements, and Centre Treasurers' Reports. This is also produced on paper and mailed out in May or June as required by the Society's By-Law #1.
  2. Extended: included President's, Secretary's, Auditor's reports, financial statements, Annual Meeting minutes, Annual Reports from Centres, and Centre Treasurers' Reports. Does not include material for the Annual Meeting (which is contained in the Essential document).
