for Comets and Novae last year than in 1962. Mr. Maclean of the Niagara Falls
Centre was our most active observer again this year, with Mr. Rippen of the Montreal

Comet and nova Search Areas:  Part I.  From Declination 0° to 90°N.
       The number on the circumference are hours of Right Ascension,
and each small dash represents 20 minutes of time.  Small numbers
along the 00h and 12h lines are degrees of declination.  The purpose
