Kaylie Green (1990–2023) was a Canadian Ph.D. student in Astronomy at the University of Western Ontario. Passionate about science, she left industry to study supermassive black holes. She was a talented researcher, mentor and science
communicator, engaging peers and the public with her enthusiasm and inspiring students with her kindness and dedication.
