Peter A. Bergbusch (b. 1950) is a Canadian astronomer and retired faculty member of the Department of Physics of the University of Regina, Canada. He is an authority on stellar evolution and CCD photometry and a former graduate student at the Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Victoria.

Wilfred Buck (b. 1954) is a Canadian knowledge keeper of Cree/Ininewuk star lore. His Cree name, Pawami Nikititicikiw, means “dream keeper.” A member of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation, he has taught Cree astronomy all over the world, and is the
author of Tipiskawi Kisik and I Have Lived Four Lives.

Frédéric Séguin (b. 1981) is a Canadian analytical chemist. As a member of the Astrobiology Analytical Laboratory, he took part in the analysis of small organic molecules present in the sample brought back from asteroid Bennu during the OSIRIS-REx mission.

Kenneth O. Wright (1911–2002) was a Canadian Director of the Dominion Astrophysical Observatory of the National Research Council of Canada until 1976, having joined the observatory staff in 1936. He was a renowned stellar spectroscopist with an
interest in supergiant stars and the chemical abundance of stars.

Danielle Simkus (b. 1988) is a Canadian researcher and astrobiologist who studies the prebiotic organic chemistry of meteorites and other extraterrestrial samples. She is a Science Team Collaborator on NASA's OSIRIS-REx mission.
